The following "Toy Run" is being organized by the High Country Harley-Davidson HOG (Harley Owners Group) Chapter. The Colorado National Guard, 3rd Battalion, 157th Field Artillery Unit deployed from the Pepsi Center on April 17th. The PGR was there for this, the largest Colorado National Guard deployment (over 450 Citizen-Soldiers) since World War II. 65 of their children were not going to have a Christmas party because they used funds to send care packages to their parents deployed overseas. High Country HOG decided this was something they could change. December 5th, 2009 High Country Harley-Davidson - - Santa's Sleigh Ride For the Kids of the Colorado National Guard Registration begins at 10:00 am at High Country Harley - 3761 Monarch St. Frederick CO Escorted Ride Leaves at 11:00am - All makes of bikes and cars are Welcome! Cost - A Toy for a Child and $10.00 Ride ends with a visit from Santa and Lunch!! This Event is for the KIDS of our SOLDIERS! There will be no postponements. If the weather is bad, get in your car!
